Conscious and, therefore, happy children!

Today I want to talk to you about “conscious children”. Parenting is an extraordinary and fascinating task, but it also requires commitment, dedication and a deep awareness. In the historical period in which we live, with all the distractions and pressures of society, it is essential to guide our children towards an awareness of themselves, of others and of the world around them. In this post, we’ll explore some elements needed to raise mindful children.

Practice empathy and open communication

An essential aspect of fostering awareness in our children is empathy. We have to put ourselves in their shoes, trying to understand their emotions, fears and concerns. Creating an environment of open communication and active listening helps children/teenagers feel understood and valued.

Promote self-awareness

Helping our children develop self-awareness. Encourage your children to explore their emotions, reflect on what makes them happy or sad, and acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses. Support them in finding their Value and how to use it in life.

Teaching the importance of the System

Awareness is not only about oneself, but also about being aware of others and our surroundings. How our mind can be influenced by external factors and how to manage them.

Develop an open and curious mindset

To raise aware children, it is essential to stimulate their curiosity and open-mindedness towards the world. Encourage your children to ask questions, explore new topics and develop a lifelong learning attitude.

Improving the use of technology

We live in a digital age where electronic devices are everywhere. However, it is important to train and inform on the conscious use of technology and to support its use of Quality / e.g. to learn or produce, instead of wasting time and living in meta-reality) and encourage them to live real experiences, even together.

But most of all:
Remember that a child is not yours! He is a different individual from you who can only be happy if he is able to manifest himself in life for what he is and not for what you would like him to be or what the System would like him to be. As a parent, you can also ask yourself a few questions, including:

  • am I supporting my child to fully express his/her value and to be what he/she wants?
  • am I trying to use my child to express myself because I haven’t been free to do so in my life?
  • do I have the tools to support my child in feeling free to be able to express his/her potential?

Conclusions:

Raising mindful children requires Mindful Parents. Only through conscious education can we help our children to become conscious individuals, capable of facing life’s challenges in order to be able to achieve their own personal manifestation, whatever it may be, and therefore be happy.

If you want to develop these and further skills to support your children’s journey, you can participate in the course: Aware and, therefore, happy children!
